• Beds made (Linen changes optional for an additional $5/per bed)
• Floors vacuumed/mopped

Halls, Foyer & Stairs

• All halls, stairs & foyers included in all cleanings

DEEP CLEANINGS

Our deep cleans include everything in our basic cleanings in addition to the following:

• Baseboards
• Blinds
• Switch plates
• Interior windows
• Ceiling fans
• Cabinet exteriors
• Inside oven

MOVE IN/OUT CLEANINGS

Our move in/out cleanings include everything in our basic and deep cleaning packages in addition to the following:

• Inside of cabinets & drawers
• Inside of refrigerator & freezer
• Dust light fixtures (must be within reach of an extended duster)      

*Please note that J.O.Y Cleaning requires cabinets, drawers, refrigerators and freezers to be emptied prior to arrival when selecting the move in/move out cleaning package. All cleaning packages require surfaces to be cleared & accessible prior to our cleaners’ arrival. Currently, we do not offer laundry, dish washing and/or organizational services.

**Gift certificates are available via email and are sent out once payment has been received. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
